We don't keep your data forever. Here's the breakdown:

  • Active Members: We keep your data for as long as you're training with us, plus what we need for providing services
  • After Membership Ends: We'll keep basic info for 7 years (Canadian tax law requirement), then it gets deleted
  • Marketing Lists: If you've opted in, we'll keep you on the list until you unsubscribe
  • Health Records: Kept for 7 years after your last visit (industry standard for liability protection)
  • Financial Records: 7 years minimum (again, tax laws)

Once data's no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it so it can't be traced back to you.

Our programs are designed for adults 16 and up. If you're under 18, we need parental consent before you can sign up.

For members under 18, parents or legal guardians have the right to:

  • Review their child's information
  • Request deletion of their child's data
  • Refuse further collection of their child's info

We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16 without proper parental consent. If we find out we have, we'll delete it immediately.
